Conference Calls

It’s always a good idea to have accounts on more than one conference service. If you are on one, and their system goes down, you can send emails to people with another number/service to switch to. Some of the free conference services are less reliable than other since as they get more popular there is more challenge with capacity.

We use FreeconferenceUSA to record telephone sessions. It’s easy to use, has been consistent, the recording is good quality. You sign up and have a line that is available anytime, you don’t have to set anything up, just call in.
